Culture campus is the new working style at Motiff Shop that is similar to being on a college campus. Employees use employee accounts to set up their working schedule for the day to give them flexibility to learn their jobs. Motiff Shop has up to 40 Employee Accounts which is similar to college courses. Employees can enjoy reading work topics, participate in forums, send in EOD (End of Day) reports along with applying the expertise to their daily life. Employees can also share their experiences and gain knowledge. Elective accounts are also available if they have completed their regular working accounts. On top of employee accounts, employees are able to communicate with other co-workers with Zoho Cliq, Connect and our new cloud base phone system. Motiff Shop is also offering courses to employees through Alison Academy for career development and continued learning. Some employees receive certifications or designations in their job field after a year of studying.

To accommodate the new campus culture, Motiff Shop has launched University of Motiff and will open Motiff Study Center with 3 computer areas, print station, locker and snack area. An employee gym will be added for employees who are involved in the Motiff Fit program. This will be available for all employees including remote workers. Other features include Motiff Cafe, Coffee Center, New Hire Training Center, Training Room, Conference Rooms and our Events Room. The Events Room will be available for Motiff Shop events, workshops, movie nights, and Afterwork @ Motiff.
