In order to better service our customers and employees, Motiff Shop has created a management studies program called Manager Connection. Manager Connection offers different topics for first time and experienced managers ranging from communication skills, sales, performance management and more. Manager Connection Studies is a website with different management studies, required management books, and Discover (a new way of learning how to be a manage). Manager's Corner and Manager Connection Magazine offers different articles related to the managing and helping the workforce. Managers will be required to complete their studies monthly along with receiving weekly Q & A's from different employees with issues or questions. Motiff Shop believe the new Manager Connection and added materials will allow newly managers to focus more on their career and improve in managing. Managers are also required to participate in weekly Manager Blog discussion with their manager online to discuss different topics that are not generally introduced in management. By trying this different style of management, Motiff Shop thinks this will be a successful management studies program for all managers.
