An annual Career Day was held the months of June and July from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Motiff Shop Corp. in Birmingham. 

At least 730 potential candidates attended the event, which was presented by Motiff Shop and the city of Birmingham. 

Participants were able to bring their resumes, dress professionally, and be prepared to interview during Career Day.
